I can't imagine that kind of bike rack investment here (Central PA) at a commercial establishment. I tried to get a property mgt company to install bike racks (see my posts from last December 09 or so), but the attempt was futile. Having lived in DC earlier in life, I miss the bike commuter mass that is there so much more than it is here! Thanks!
