No not her! She's been around for months now...
It's my new Surly Cross Check. As you may have read, (probably not), I have been trying to figure out what the perfect multi purpose beat-down machine would be. I landed on this puppy and I am stoked!
I put the Brooks B-17 Special on last night and after the ride today I have a few more mods to do to make this my Ultimate Cross Check.
- New shifters as the bar end shifters make me cry.
- Maybe a longer stem with more rise to put me out a little further.
- Fenders
- Some Avid Shorty cantis
All in good time.

Congrats... hitch on the burley and you can have fun with both newcomers at the same time!
I built this same bike this winter, except mine's set up fixed for now. I was thinking I'd eventually go to an all road set up, but I wanted the most versatile frame I could get, cause I'm all fickle about my bikes, always chopping and changing.
